Ordered online arrived and the order hadn't gone through. Waited 40 minutes whilst most of the staff stood around chatting. The only one that was working was the lad on the til, who shouted for assistance at least 5 times while I was stood waiting!! The manager (in the loosest terms) probably couldn't manage to run a bath on her own. Never again

Came from out of town and found the store easy to find.The staff were really helpful with my click and collect.
Loughborough has a great selection of goods for the home and garden and items you didn't know you needed.

It appears there is a staffing problem at this store, never enough staff to cover queuing issues. The person who seems to be the" senior " woman staff member is very rude most of the time, no time to be polite to customers . I find her customer service skills need addressing !!!
