Massive rip off!! Sick of the Extortionate prices and if your mobile phone runs out while shopping and you can?t use your clubcard you get robbed another 15 quid on top unless you go all the way home and charge your phone.. 30p for plastic bags the profit on that is insane and the customer service is terrible.. they can?t even be bothered to go swap something that was found to be broken at the till because all there staff are busy watching people scan and bag their own shopping! The woman on the till was nice though..

It's a bit sickening - out if date sausages. It's nasty. You could get ready ill. Use by 1 Aug now it's the 5 Aug. Second time in 2-3 weeks! Ugh.

I recently came shopping and had a trolley load of goods. I started loading everything onto the belt and the lady at the checkout could see that I was still putting everything out but for some reason she started to scan all the items.
By the time I had finished loading all the items I went over to the other side to start to put everything in bags.
But by then all the items were all over the place.
I've never had this issue before. Normally the staff at the checkout always wait until I have loaded everything before they start scanning all the items. It wasn't even a busy time.

Used scan and shop, most of the ice cream freezers were empty and the rest of the ice creams looked as if the freezer had defrosted at some point, leaving food looking as if it had been refrozen. There was only one set of scales working in the fruit and veg aisle so had to keep going back and forwards to weigh stuff. Got to the pay area and had been selected for a check of 22 items, scanned 21 items and one item we had scanned the barcode twice instead of each individual bar code and the items were in a different batch, so we then had to have every items scanned. Ice creams at this point had started to defrost so we left them behind. Everything else had been scanned properly, but our food had been dropped on the floor as she scanned it and then thrown back into the bags. Would have left the whole lot if I?d had time to go somewhere else. I appreciate it?s to protect from theft but we had scanned a different £1.35 item, just not the exact one in the trolley. Beware scanning an item twice and not each individual thing. There aren?t any tills open so you have no choice other than to scan and shop. Incidently when we arrived there was only one big trolley available and 2 scanners to scan and shop.

Good sized store, decent parking. Café is dated and overpriced. Clothing section is decent for the size of the store. As always with Tesco, their use-by dates on fresh products are never very long, so I ended up going somewhere else for quite a few things which defeats the object of going to a large store.

The people who go around picking the orders in this store are so rude! They will barge in front of you at any given time, stand there scanning multiple items even though they can clearly see that a customer is waiting to get something off the shelf or even ask you to move out of the way while you are looking at items on the shelf so that they can stand there and again scan multiple items while you stand there waiting. Absolutely appalling customer service all round!

Natalie and Jordan were brilliant! Cannot thank them for their help, I needed to purchase a large number of items for work and they went above and beyond to make sure I could do this. Both deserve a shout out, they could have told me no.

Today I can not believe how the staff members have spoken to me. I always thought big companies like Tesco, had the best interest of the customers, but I have seen different sides today.
I hope Tesco monitor the staff as often as possible.
