Terrible experience. There wasn't so much as a smile or a hello from the man serving. I wish I'd used the self-service counter instead, or better yet, not bothered at all. My advice to Tesco: hire staff who actually want to be there. I think I'll take the extra journey and go to Sainsbury's instead next time.

Never had any problems before but I bought some chocolate biscuits from the top shelf under the heating you have on they seem to all be melting. Just a heads up!

every time i?ve entered this store i get stared at by the security woman for no reason as if i?m going to steal, i?ve been given dirty looks by staff member, i got growled at by the member of staff who barged me out the way last time and it?s just not acceptable to treated this way.

Very expensive unless you are getting clubcard prices, Very cramped aisles, young-ish looking man with bowl-shaped brown hair always has a nasty attitude/aura. I know people have bad days and we are all human so I could understand as a one-off but it is every time I go in. I even actively avoid shopping there now as he puts me and even my family members in a bitter mood after his disgusting attitude..just so unnecessary, I expect better customer service from a company as big as Tesco. Sort it out or hire someone who can do his job but with actual smile on their face and is polite!

Security guy is horrible, he is allways arguing before you enter the store to come early because they are closing in 15 minutes, buy if store still got time to close at 11 whyhe needs to worry about cleaning as all other team members are allways happy to help till last minute with good attitude, whole team is amazing apart from this security guy who was serving in 26/02/2024

Price tickets completely wrong, when raised with the staff, they were extremely rude. Then the power hungry security woman was right up my back the whole time. Absolutely ridiculously vile staff.

Don't bother going here if you want to print out Evri label. Stupidly I have visited three times in the last few months to try and do this. It's always out of order. That's the last time I waste my time in this shop!
