Service normally should come with a smile but the manager doesn't know how too.. way too rude to be serving the public.. frowns at you if you ask for something added extra.. go I'm and experience it for yourselves!

Went to this Subway, been to the Subway at Market Place, then the one at the Rushes Shopping Centre. This Subway, for example, is no difference, i find this Subway very good, friendly staff and did told me that the Just Eat system was being slow so I was fine with that, other than that. Very good!

The staff were lovely but inside was boiling. The owners need to fix the air conditioning to ensure the place is a safe temperature for people to work in.

I had the £4.99 foot long promotion on the app which took a bit of finding on the till but they managed it.The staff member who served me this lunchtime was friendly, chatty, polite and helpful. 10/10.The place is unbearably hot and the heatwave is long gone. I'm told it was over 40C inside during the heatwave. The air con unit was not only partially blocked but it's broken, the air coming out was barely colder than the outside ambient.I'd like to go back but I will not until the working conditions improve. I cannot bring myself to give money to a place that puts staff through that.Kid-friendliness: Too small and too hot to bring children in

Big open light on the front so parked up got the kids out the car and walked over only to find out there not open.If your not open turn the light off save people parking up and returning to there car with crying children.

Ordered via Uber. Incompetent staff couldnt tell what a Meatball Marinara salad box is *which was ordered! so instead sent it as a cold sub instead!

I?m absolutely livid. Went into subway, obviously excited about having Nacho?s. But sadly, someone tried to sabotage my excitement by placing a chair in my path, resulting in the nachos being dropped on the floor. Not only did I have to pay for more nachos, but I was also handed blue roll by a member of staff and made to clean them up. Cheers, Tom?s crying now.

Manger was high on drugs. The food was cold and dry! Overpriced subs. Got spoke to like i was pile of dirt on bottom of his shoes! The whole restaurant was disgusting and dirty.
