Decent sandwich. She put wrong dressing in but else did fine. Ants came out of the soda machine and considered they hadn't been open long, the cookies was quite stale.

You just can't go wrong with a cheeky subway, Highly recommend the hearty Italian or herbs and cheese bread when starting off your sub and then fill it up with whatever tickles your fancy. The cookies in general from subway are some of the best cookies you can get from any fast food place also Highly recommend you try those on your next visit as a little snack on the side.

Food is good but service is poor? tried charging me for double cheese because I put salad on my sub which is quite hilarious really given the EAT FRESH and Your Way marketing to now turn around and say you can?t pick what you want on your sub. Just another example of greed (whether corporate or the people working here!)

Great food and Kamal is great! We have started being regulars at subway recently and Kamal is always so smiley and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service, definitely a credit to the team.

The staff were very nice and helpful which is surprising for a subway. The only downside was a massive family left loads of mess everywhere and with only 2 people working the counter and one already cleaning upstairs it was very dirty. But that is not their fault it?s more the managers for not staffing enough people

Very bad customer service experience as well as very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. At around 14:00 12 november 2022. I have been charged extra for my 2 for 7.99 voucher and the staff told me they weren't aware on how to use them. People were also queuing around 20 people and the staff didn't seam to be considerate at all for anything treating us really bad. Highly recommend avoiding this subway until at least the staff changes with someone that actually values their customer service.

Useless, 5 staff messing around behind the counter.. only wanted 12 cookies, which hadn't been refilled and still sitting on the baking tray!! Payed no attention to customers what so ever.. ?
