Just had my contact lense health check today and it was great, as were previous ones. Very friendly reception staff, optician was fab and contact lense dispensing afterwards was above and beyond helpful as my next lens email pack wasn?t going to arrive in time for a trip away. Would recommend this store all day long - always have a good experience ?

Star was absolutely amazing from my first appointment all the way until I came to my contact consultation. I was very nervous she was extremely lovely about the whole situation I didn?t feel rushed and even when I said I was feeling abit under pressure (no fault of hers, just my own pressure) she gave me time told me to not rush myself and I will get there. Absolutely loved my experience with her, honestly felt like one of my besties helping me through a crisis. She was a credit to the team and the company she should definitely be recognised for that. I can?t remember the guys name when I came for my contact sign off but he was so so lovely we spoke about where we are from (both being from London) and just got on so well again credit to the company. The contact lens consultant was also amazing he was so welcoming and sweet and the young girl watching star was also lovely just overall and amazing experience with amazing team members! Especially Star :)

This was first visit to any Specsavers (on my wife's recommendation). I cannot praise the staff, service, product and pricing highly enough. I am delighted with all three pairs of my new glasses, all 'fully loaded'. The polaroid, varifocal sunnies are amazing!
