Poor service asked for Henry hoover bags. Made it very difficult but eventually found them and said that they cannot process order without giving name and address. Went to B& Q nextdoor. Will not bother with Screwfix ever again

Fabulous and friendly people. Always willing to help. I needed to find a screw for a cooking pan. The lady at the counter was really helpful even though I ended up not buying anything.

Popped in for some electrical items, nothing what I wanted was in stock, so chose alternatives and joined the queue. I waited.....and waited....and waited, no more staff seemed came to the tills, yet plenty in the background chatting,so got fed up of waiting and went to toolstation, I was sorted virtually instantly, and they were cheaper.

Service was crazy slow. Had already paid and ordered, just needed collecting. Was a Sunday and seemed to be short on staff. Loads people waiting.
