My daughter has bought a house in Shepshed and it needs a lot of work , the plumbing was in pieces under the kitchen sink and I haven?t got a clue about plumbing! I work in automotive, the girls in the shop were amazing , I was served by a lady called Sherry who was so friendly and helpful , the other girls were also very helpful , we had a good ole giggle as well ! Thank
You ladies for helping a Dad in distress you are a credit to the company and thank you for laughing with me not at me ! ?

I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, today's visit I wanted to look at an item for its suitability before I purchased it, no problem, I also wanted to order an item for delivery but have it delivered to screwfix (Shepshed) for me to collect, no problem, they also helped me with issues I was having with my screwfix app, all sorted with the help of Donna (manager) and Shane, good old fashioned service with a smile ?, thank you both, it's always a pleasure and a good experience to shop with you ?.

Shane spent 40 minutes going through all of the items id need to complete my DIY project, going back and forth with all different types of tools to make sure they were right. Excellent customer service going above and beyond.

Today I've just had the best customer experience ever. I went into the shop towards closing time looking for a suitable drill for the job I was doing and Mollie and Henry took their time to explain and show me the different types of drills, how they work, their advantages and disadvantages. They were very knowledgeble, patient and professional. I really recommend this place. Thank you so much.

My husband had a slight disaster after work today; his zip broke on his last pair of work trousers and was probably at risk of being arrested for indecent exposure! He popped into Shepshed screwfix just after 6pm on Wednesday 13th March and the two ladies who served him couldn?t do enough to help him. They were friendly, helpful and even lovely enough to give him access to a staff room so he could try the trousers on, to make certain that they fit. Brilliant customer service from the two ladies (sorry, he didn?t get their names)
