The staff here lack the most basic of customer service skills; they are rude, blunt, dismissive and unhelpful. I don't think I've ever seen any of them smile! It is an unpleasant experience using this pharmacy/P.O. but unfortunately they have a monopoly in the local area. I always try to avoid it even though it's conveniently located, I will travel further just to avoid dealing with their thoroughly miserable staff. They get away with their disgusting behaviour because they know customers need to use essential services like pharmacies and postal facilities, so they don't care what the standard of service is. And it is appalling. Shame on all of you working there.

Waste of time using, I mean what chemist doesn't has antibiotics in, they make you come back for meds, that are still not ready and come out and tell you after an hour they don't have them, switched to online pharmacy, but thought would try again as needed antibiotics sooner, and still they don't have them

Went above and beyond helping how to order pre- payment cards. Checked meds were valid. Very helpful , easy parking to use. Lovely to have staff remembering customers by name.

I have always found this pharmacy/PO to be helpful and friendly. I find it difficult to comprehend some of the reviews here.

BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!!!! I?ve been in a few times for prescriptions and staff are rude and blunt. I?ve now just been shouted at in the middle of the store by the disgusting little old woman that works there over a parcel. I will never use this store again. It?s no wonder your reviews are terrible. Your attitudes are disgusting and you have no idea how to treat customers. I will be moving pharmacy and no longer using your post office.

This is the most unfriendly and unhelpful pharmacy I have ever tried to use. I came in to pick up a prescription and was thrown a piece of paper and pen to write my name down. Then I was told they didn't have my prescription when my doctor said it was there. The staff checking for my prescription did not even offer any more guidance before a more polite member of staff approached her when I overheard 'I've already told her it's not here, I don't know what else she's waiting for'. Terrible service.

From the feedback of others, it?s clear this company is really not fit for purpose. Best to avoid. Seems many others have arrived at the same conclusion.The staff at this post office are rude and clearly have zero interest in providing a courteous service. On the contrary, they are explicitly rude and bigoted. Suggest you stay well away and use alternative pharmacies/POs. Would award zero stars if I could. Even better if Royal Mail / NHS conduct a quality review - I suspect they would fail both and require some form of intervention.

Unfortunately both the worst post office and pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of living near. Staff are rude and unhelpful, it has taken me 3 attempts to collect a parcel in my name because they keep poor records and can't be bothered to search, and my partner has received incorrect advice from the pharmacist that had to be corrected by a doctor. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Very disorganized pharmacy, they miss place prescriptions and I have many times been told they never received the prescription from the GP. I then call the GP who say it was sent to them. When I go back then they can usually find it. Some of the staff are nice but some of them can be very rude. They also gave me a prescription with an item missing, but they would not acknowledge this at all. My GP told me to go back and ask for proof that they gave me the medication. The pharmacy refused to give proof proof of this which make me think that they have no proof. It seems like they are very unorganized and therefore makes mistakes sometimes. I am very fed up with them now and don't want to waste time going back and forward to get the prescription right so have switched over to a different pharmacy and won't ever go back.

I popped in for a 2nd class signed-for letter but got 'advised' by a senior staff I should go for special delivery, I kindly declined then got told there's no signed-for for 2nd class service which is bonkerd, so he sneakily 'upgraded' it to a 1st signed-for without informing the customer. Make sure you do your own home work otherwise you might get ripped off by some dishonest staff.

Having read, with great surprise, some very negative reviews of Saraj Pharmacy and Post Office, I feel I must share my experience in hope that it give you a more balanced impression.I have been an intermittent customer of both sides of the business for many years, and have never had cause for complaint. More recently, my calls and visits have mostly been on behalf of my elderly mother, who has a complex range of medications on repeating prescription. These have always been dealt with most efficiently - and delivered to her door when necessary. The pharmacy staff all know us both, and always ask after my mum whenever I go in.In the last few months since my mum's stroke, though, Saraj Pharmacy staff have been absolute stars! They were very kind and supportive to me in the first few days, and even sent a little gift to her when in hospital. Now, thankfully, she is back home again, and Saraj prepare her weekly 'dosettes' containing all her medicines. As Mum's condition has improved, her daily care visits dropped from four to two each day. The pharmacy staff again demonstrated their thorough understanding of her needs and adjusted the daily distribution of pills in the dosette (ie: Morning, Midday, Evening, Bedtime) to match the times of her carers' visits, so they could ensure Mum took them correctly.In all this, there have been NO errors, NO delays (beyond a short wait when the shop is busy), and absolutely NO rudeness! On the contrary, all staff have been unfailingly polite, and very kind. My mum and I are very grateful to all at Saraj, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
