On visiting the loughborough branch,Nitisha was helpful, friendly and professional.
She helped my husband and I when we were struggling with mobile banking.
Nitisha went above and beyond customer service and although it was our first meeting Nitisha made us feel like friends.
Even the branch manager came over and had a friendly chat and a laugh.(Apologises I forget her name but lovely linen dress !)
We were treated with respect from both and they had agreat sense of humour whilst maintaining professionalism.
A great asset.

For me, I've always found all the staff at the Loughborough Branch very welcoming and helpful, and always on hand to help me when required.
Recently, I required the help of a branch manager, Gita, and although her work remit as a retail manager meant she didn't need to help me, with a quite specific business account issue, Gita went above and beyond and resolved the issue for me, that I'd had going on for nearly 2 years. Gita epitomises the help that all staff, from greeters, tellers and managers, have provided me at the Loughborough branch, over many years, so I feel it time to say thank you everyone, past and present for all your help :)

Went into this branch to process a transaction, they failed to do the relevant security checks and fraud team asked me to go back into another branch as they agreed this branch and it's management were useless.

This has got to be the worst branch in the UK, how on earth have I been calling for 3 days straight and not one of their Santander employees have gotten hold of THIS branch, worst communication I've ever experienced, been with these guys for 3 years, think it's time to switch.

The worst banking experience ever. I am a Santander costumer over 8 years and this is the first time I needed help in a branch. One of the staff told me I should wait and someone would help, and then he disappeared. I waited a long time, and asked another member what to do. Basically I am told to wait. It was ok if I was told they cannot help but the only thing they say wait. Not helpful at all. Different staff was saying different things. I will definitely change my bank!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, one member of counter staff and atm not working again to pay in , my last visit I was in the queue for 40 minutes , no staff ever !

Santander is a great bank but remember only open 9.30 am - 15.00 pm GMT except Saturday when it opens 9.30 am - 12.30 pm GMT . Closed on Sundays .

Please note the branch shuts at 3pm so between 3pm and 5pm the staff are on the phone helping local customers?. Just ring the national number and you will get to the localBranch ?.. excellent service and help from the manager Greg Maddy

Leanne & Hemmi today were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better service, Hemmi even staying late to finalise what we needed to do. Very rarely that you have an enjoyable trip to the bank, today was a very different experience. Thank you both so much. X

Great staff!! I had just finished work and had to run to the bank as they was shutting a worker named Teressa let me ik do I could put money on my card. The place was clean and organised! Absolutely great!!
