Incredible service here a little while ago. The ladies spent ages with me making sure I had the right shoes as I was training for my first 10k, Leicester's Race for Life.
Their care and consideration really mattered, and the right shoes made all the difference to my training. Wearing these, I can't believe I ever wore shoes that fit less well!
They made me promise to come back and tell them how my event went - I haven't had time to make the trek over, so I hope they see that it went great!

Bought a new pair of running shoes this morning to replace a previous pair I bought from here years ago. I forgot to ask the lady's name that works there, but she was so knowledgeable and so patient. We did the Gait analysis and tried on several shoes and she was incredibly patient while I deliberated over which shoe to buy (as both of her suggestions were great to run in). Looking forward to giving my new pink trainers a go - thank you!

Great service and help in choosing a suitable running shoe. I was also unable to find the shoes I bought for anything less than £34 more expensive online so good value. Also shaved 4 mins off my 5 miles PB in my new trainers, amazing.

Brilliant experience here. I came for my first ever gait analysis and buying running trainers. As a "hobby" runner I was worried I might feel out of place however the lady was incredibly welcoming and helpful, spending ~45 minutes with me trying on various shoes and checking the fit. I now have a great pair of trainers and a shop I'd recommend to anyone (and will go back to myself)

The ladies in this store are extremely knowledgeable and really helpful and friendly. They have a great range of shoes and apparel. Reasonably priced. And they do the GAIT analysis for £20. If you buy shoes from there within 4 weeks of your analysis they take that £20 off the price of your shoes.
