The Loughborough branch of React Home care is to be avoided. If I could give zero stars I would. Individual carers sometimes good but staff morale horrendously low. No one in management cares about anything other than taking on more and more clients. My access to the phone app was suddenly cut off and my mother was told (verbally) that her carers would not be coming any more - WITH ONLY 3 DAYS FOR ME TO REARRANGE NEW CARERS!!! Appalling attitude from a manager when I phoned to ask why, when they are supposed to flag up issues with me first, I had heard absolutely nothing. Quite honestly I would struggle to find anything remotely acceptable about the whole time that this company has been engaged by my parents.
