I've been in this school for 4 and half years in this school. And I have to say that this school is so bad and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this school, if you want a Successful Career

Isolations quite cold. Wouldn?t know tho, never been to the school. Some of the teachers give me the impression that they sell kids to the black market.

I've been in this school for around 4 years now and I've have come to this conclusion that this school is not good and there's a lack of communication between students and staff. This school doesn't help me with anything. This school so disappointing. The history is good and that's it. Over a 4/10 school

If you want /expect your child to have some where to eat and have time to do so pick another school limited space dining hall limited time and limited menu ,unfortunately teachers are just ticking there box to do list ,its a shame governers don't do anything about problems issues are swept under carpet

Time for an honest review of Rawlins, having been a pupil here for 5 years and at present (2023-24) I can?t recommend that anyone sends there children here. The school was brilliant in years 2018-19 however during covid the school was faced with behaviour challenges and ultimately a poor rating from ofsted the year after due to these issues.I feel the school misunderstood the definition of behaviour issues targeting pupils who behaved perfectly for wearing coats or jumpers inside when it?s cold, being late (with valid reasons traffic, doctors appointments or the bus being late or literally being 10 seconds late ) or forgetting things such as pens lanyards etc with 20 minute dentitions instead of looking at the real issues such as the amount of bullying that happens in the school or the pupils who run around at lunch time climbing on roofs and throwing food who often go punishment free.During the lead up to GCSEs myself and others felt that the push to revise was too harsh and they suggested prioritising it over mental health / welfare needs (no relaxing etc) there was also a time where it was compared to lent / Easter which I felt was entirely inappropriate. They have also imposed arbitrary one way systems causing dangerous situations in corridors, and the senior staff have been seen to overrule teachers rules / teaching styles in front of students. The good news for rawlins is that some of the staff really do care, the pastoral team are usually brilliant and they have some lovely teachers who are really passionate and helpful with the subject they teach, however teacher turnover here is crazy and this often leads to cover lessons with teachers who are unprofessional and frankly don?t care about educating the pupils, to be clear these staff come from an agency and don?t work for the school. For example during year 11 I had 4 different english teachers and multiple cover teachers in that timeI would strongly recommend looking in to Limehurst instead as knowing people who go there they have a much more encouraging friendly environment

Disgrace of a school. only care for the schools reputation over the children's education. Time and time again they victimise children for their choices they make if it does not conform with their looks or ways. Education here has fallen since my step daughter has started and I wish I never sent her to this school.

My sons first year, and I?m shocked at how bad this school is. Revision sent out night before exams, using multiple platform, most of which have issues, one teacher told me they use this new no marking system! My son is dyslexic and told he can?t have extra time for reading.

Okay so I was a pupil at this school and whilst i was there a fellow pupil told me to unalive myself (the child?s dad was a member of staff at the time) so I spoke to my head of Year who was miss hicklin and the next day she came into my from room and basically said I was lying because the other child said he hadn?t done anything the school would rather deal with uniform issues than bullies

Went to the baby and children's Market there at the weekend, it was amazing, set up well and well worth £1.50 an adult to get in. Got some great bargains and will be attending the next one.

A fantastic school, great teachers and staff that truly care for the wellbeing and progression of the children.
