We just had a really rude encounter with the old lady who works at eastleake Post office. This is the second time I have come across this individual and have been left feeling very disappointed with her level of customer service. We wanted to pay in some coins into an account and because some of the bags were mixed she couldn't take them, which is fine! But it was the way she spoke to us, she was so abrupt, rude and had no empathy. She needs some customer service training as her attitude was appalling!In the end the kind man and lady at the shop counter happily changed them for us which was much appreciated. ?Hope the post office lady sees this and can reflect on the way she handled the situation and hopefully improve her customer service skills going forward!!It costs nothing to be kind!

I'm a fairly easy going person and don't normally rush to Google to leave a review but I feel it's warranted in this case.It's all I can do in the hope people will drive past this post office to the next one, however far, just to avoid such a negative customer experience.For those interested; there is a really quite rude member of staff. I made quite an innocent mistake, I never post things and I unknowingly dared to take an envelope to the counter, incorrectly assuming they would be able to sell it to me as well as post the parcel. Fine, a mistake, don't tell me off like a schoolboy and speak to me like that. Even if you're having a bad day or this happens a lot.NB, the retail staff were lovely. No complaints there.

Very good service from the retail aspect of the Post Office. Manish is excellent. If there is something you would like that is not in stock he always does his best to get it for you. Great to have this amenity in our community.

Great service tonight from Manish. He made posting our last minute gifts so much easier by building up our small parcel box and providing sellotape - knew there was something missing when I left the house in a rush to not miss the post! Thank you from one slightly frazzled shopper!

I have never frequented a shop where the staff are less helpful than this post office. I?m sure they have a check list of reasons why they can?t accept your parcel and pick the most absurd one.I can only assume they are frustrated doctors receptionists who are in the wrong job.Good luck to you all if you want to post something!!

A very friendly Post Office. Always service with a smile.One Saturday I wanted a Telegraph Newspaper. As you are not permitted to take dogs inside because food is sold in store. As I was concerned leaving my little dog unattended tied up outside Manish very kindly offered to hold him on his lead whilst I popped in for the newspaper. Thank you.

Very friendly and local post office, was over charged by accident and didn't realise myself until two weeks later, Manish said he over charged me two week prior by accident and reimbursed me, I would of never of known so I appreciate his honesty, would highly recommend using this post office

I?ve lived In the village for 3 years and, unlike any other post office I?ve used, this one is always a poor experience. Of my last two visits, I wanted to buy a large envelope but unable to do so as one staff member on the phone and the other two didn?t fancy me interrupting their chat, so left after waiting approx 90 seconds. More recently, a simple counter transaction but condescended to by the lady as if I were a schoolboy.
