Main pharmacist is stupid and stubborn. one who looks like Lord farquaad but with less of a sole denied me painkillers implying I was addicted because I had some 2 weeks ago, but didn't mind giving the local smackhead behind me his addictive drugs.

(Poor experience/ need more training for customer service)I been waiting the pharmacy more than 30 min to get this prescription. I was bit rude I agree cuz whenever I been there they says the word no prescription yet,come back later(this is not first time) can?t go twice. only few smile on faces

Pickfords in shepshed is an amazing place, the staff are fun and friendly creating a great atmosphere and they all go above and beyond to give any help they can. I cannot praise them enough, natalie, nicky, lauren, mags and ben excellent service they have treated me so well cannot thank them enough. I hope youre company appreciates you all.

I?ve got a sinus infection as I always suffer with after having a cold and need antibiotic?s to help clear it , but as per normal could not get into see a doctor at forest house surgery and was told to go to the walk in centre or ring 111 ?. so I went to Pickfords pharmacy on Charnwood Road who was extremely helpful and after a quick assessment by the pharmacist I was prescribed with antibiotics , absolutely brilliant service , highly recommend using them , very quick and efficient, Thank you for sorting me out ?

I've had cause to start using Pickfords Pharmacy Shepshed again recently and I can't recommend them highly enough. Staff are always friendly helpful and professional. On one visit I was offered an appointment for a blood pressure check. Which then got uprated to a 24 hour monitor and from the results of that, they then got me an appointment within 4 hours to my GP. Who prescribed the appropriate medication. Thanks to Natalie the Pharmacist and Mags for your professionalism n great service on this!! And to all the staff for your work and continued assistance.

We use this chemist for the whole family. The staff are always friendly. The female pharmacist is amazing always happy to offer advice. Our GP on two occasions has prescribed medication of the wrong dose (to high) and the pharmacist has picked up on it. She also picked up the fact that my medication had not been reviewed by my GP for two years. I am glad the pharmacist is so professional and conscientious in her decision making as she has potentially prevented us from being harmed by the GP prescribing the wrong doses. Thank you.

Sold me the wrong product, I had left the premises for less than 5 mins before I had checked online. They then refused a refund even though it was their error.
