I only use drive through here,can get alittle bit busy,staff are always very friendly, but do check your order because they do get it wrong quite abit.

Food was nice, service was a fair speed for 5:30pm. However there was a constant beeping noise coming from there kitchen which lead to a headache whilst trying to eat in the restaurant area. If I was staff I wouldn't put up with the noise.

I order from this one and I always have to ring the shop up. My food is always stale and cold. So I get a refund as I don?t want cold food I?ll just chuck it in the bin it?s a joke

Friendly staff and polite. The down side is fries are almost cold and limp and.
Another thing is staff serve you ice cream when is hot day, then tel you to wait.
By the time you get your food melted.
As with the toffee latte the cream is completely dissolved.
And its the cream I look foward to. But of late I find there is always a long wait.
And there as been a few occasions food missing from the order.
Just my opinion but things have changed for the worse over the year's.
It's supposed to be Fast food and hot, you increase prices for these service's.
I'm actually surprised Burger king is alot better.

Have you ever had the desire to visit the most useless McDonald's in Loughborough, if so you are in luck! The most simple order will confuse the staff, the food will be tepid at best and the service is glacial!
Why the frustration you ask? Well tonight's joy was ketchup on a Big Mac, why is there ketchup on a Big Mac you ask, who the f knows?! I queried this at the ordering window (as I ordered a Big Mac with just sauce and cheese) and was told not to worry about it, it turns out I should have! The staff lie the managers are useless.
Avoid unless you want to pay over the odds for disappoint!

Mostly it's a drive thru but have dined in few times nice and clean good overall. Delivery as well food was good but the odd 1or2 times little on cold side.

Just ordered food from the app and my daughter's pancakes and sausages was missing and there is no way to contact the reqsuraunt apart from calling them and I'm unable to it's crazy there's no way to contact the reasturaunt from the app

Came here early one morning to catch breakfast ahead of a few hours on the road. Ate inside, had to wait a short while for the food though it seemed not many staff were working though they were doing their best, which is all you can ask for - their service wasn't compromised and they were great.
