Most of the staff are quite helpful and polite,but unfortunately there is one person who is rude and ignorant towards me for no reason.What?s annoying is she seems to be chatty with others but then gives me unprofessional looks and ignores me when I talk to her and ask her questions.It?s gotten so bad I avoid using that side of customer service as I don?t want her ruining my day!

Worst Lloyds branch I have ever been to.I went there today to transfer funds, and they repeated 10-times:"Do you know that you can transfer it from home?"Rubbish customer service.

Most uselessly bank by far. Takes them two weeks to schedule one appointment and then they suddenly are on a ?sick leave? and schedule your appointment 2 weeks later. Takes them 4 weeks to do 1 days worth of work

Staff are friendly enough but have repeatedly fed us the incorrect information in going through the bereavement process and access/transfer of funds. Gone against their own online listed ID rules when it came to trying to open an account and are overall pretty clueless.
