Be careful when ordering from here as if you get the wrong size they don't have a returns policy just to ask for a bigger size.Over priced for what they are.I asked an cos its got a logo on then you can't return which is stupid as a logo that is put on can be removed I'm sure!.

I used Kitking to order 50ish shirts in two different designs. Sam Stuckes organised the design for me and made a couple of amendments very quickly. Would definitely use again.

Just a rubbish company...spent £1k with them a month ago...enquired where my order is and was told it won't be here until next year over 2 months since ordering. Terrible service

Awful company every time I have to deal with them. Rude, abrupt, incompetent. Took nearly 3 months to arrive, and got the order wrong! Apparently I ordered mens medium training top, mens medium football top, mens size 11 socks but aged 8-10 shorts (I didn't but who am i to argue "that's what their computer says"). Noone questioned this order at any point in the 3 months it took to come "its not our job to". Won't be ordering another pair as my son will probably be ready for large mens by the time they arrive at easter! Cheap horrible nasty chinese import as well which is probably why it took so long to come. If you can avoid using kitking do, there are far better kit suppliers out there.

I'd advise to go else where, I've ordered from many different websites providing personalised football clothing, and Kit King is by far the worst. Most recent order was purchased on the 21st July, quote enquiry submitted on the 1st July, and yesterday, a little over 2 months later, it was finally delivered. Poor customer care, not once do they inform you of what the delay is wihtouth being asked. Lost in transit delivery delayed my order by a further 3-5 weeks apparently. I'll never use kit king again.

Paid next day delivery received it after 4 days and when i asked them about returning them item they told me that i have to receive the item first them send it back at my own cost .. first and last time ??

Great experience using Kitking. Customer service was incredibly helpful. Was worried a package would not come in time, spoke to a very helpful team member who made sure my order came in plenty of time. Definitely will be ordering from kitking again?

The nature of the business is sometimes kitking have to order stock in specifically to fulfil your order. Time was of the essence with a recent order so I called them directly where Matthew was most helpful and ensured each product I wanted was definitely in stock and could be delivered promptly. A brilliant service, thank you.

Their items are decent prices but honestly there other sites that offer similar prices. I cannot recommend them they take so long to deliver. Companies like prodirectsport offer similar prices but deliver at a much quicker time frame. I ordered 4 personalised jackets and it's taken 3 months to receive. Preciously I ordered just 1 jacket and that took almost 2 months. Ive used them for years but Their delivery times are getting longer and longer I would recommend you search for other places before settling with them as you can expect to be waiting for a long while. Honestly all this would be fine if they made an effort to update you, I was told my items were taking so long because some of it went missing, I had to contact them to find this out. And as a gesture if good customer service you would think since it went missing it would be fast tracked. Instead I was told it would be put on the list and would take another 4 weeks to deliver. This is after 2 months of waiting. Poor customer service too long to deliver, decent prices but use them as a last option

When ordering, don't be fooled by its "stock levels"... its no reflection on what its actually got on hand!Unable to fulfil order and had no suitable alternatives available either...Took them two days to realise this too!Website still showing items in stock, so I'm not sure how they manage their stock or process orders!

Appalling customer service throughout. Please please leave Kit King well alone. A 3-5 day lead time turned into 8 weeks with a string of lies and excuses in between. Go to pro direct soccer or kit locker. Far better service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI have been in business for over 20 years and have never experienced such a bad service.My initial embroidery was wrong - even though I sent the correct file, then the printed logos were printed wrong, but again, this was my fault apparently - I managed to speak to the MD who was again completely defensive and dismissive of the problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Really really good experience ordering some training kit from KitKing; can't fault them at all. Stock levels were good, prices were reasonable, kit arrived quickly (within three weeks of placing the initial order). What was really impressive, however, was the level of customer service throughout the process - the sales team were great in their communication throughout, and always happy to answer questions and explain any issues. It really made what can often be a bit of a tricky process very extremely straightforward.

We ordered kit to be shipped to Romania and the service provided was shocking. The sending of our two packages was initially delayed because one of their members of staff was on holiday then one of our packages got lost and the staff didn't seem to care as we had already paid. It took three to four emails each time to get a reply to one question and this was often from someone new who had to find out what was going on. We suggested they send stock from their warehouse to replace the lost stock but this was met with no reply so we requested a refund. Thankfully this was their fastest action which has allowed us to shop elsewhere. Lazy customer service and rather pompous and condescending in their line of communication.

Excellent customer service and speedy turnaround.I have placed 3 or 4 orders now for teamwear and accessories and on every occasion Sam has been excellent with communication, stock availability and timings. I needed some accessories urgently for an upcoming team event, which was fulfilled within a 3 day turnaround on my latest order which included personalisation! Much appreciated!
