I used the drive through this evening, (not a frequent visiter) and was so impressed.
The guy that took my order asked if I wanted drinks with the 2 meals I ordered.
I said "no thank you", he checked again 'are you sure you don't want drinks"?
Again I said "no thank you".
When I got to the window he said I was paying more without having the drinks.
And said "would you like me to add drinks?". I explained I don't like drinks in the car incase they fall over, so he suggested swapping the drinks for sides.
Then he checked again and said if you take off one of the fries, then swap a drink for the fries, it works out cheaper.
Wow, I said he should be promoted to manager and he said he was the manager for that shift.
He asked me to wait in a bay whilst the vegan burger was being freshly cooked.
And he then brought the food to me.
This may ONLY be KFC, it is ONLY a fast food restaurant but tonight I was impressed.
I'd had a long day at work and just wanted something quick to eat, so a huge Thank You to tonight's manager, a lovely, helpful, friendly guy.

Food I got was fresh and hot. I had to wait a few minutes for order. Service: you had to order from the self service machine so can't really rate. One of my better KFC experiences.

Food wasnt great. Service was good but struggled to understand the staff, wasnt their fault though. While I was in there there were very inappropriate young kids burping and not covering their mouth very loudly. It was ridiculous. Toilets were not clean and stunk like weed.

Didn't enjoy it here. Had to queue to use the self ordering screen (staff showed no interest in opening a till for the long queue.) The extra £1 for a spicy sauce that was less spicy than mustard or a peppercorn, it was mostly mayo, was very disappointing.
No napkins provided and the paper straw collapsed in on itself within the 5 mins I spent there.
For over £10 I was incredibly disappointed. Much more expensive than other local places and a much lower quality experience.
Parking: Attached to a retail park so car parking is easy if you are visiting the park. If you want to walk into town then you have to pay.

It was great experience..loving staff.. quick service ..helping nature..respect person. I really happy with their service.

Side salad.
Dietary restrictions: I've been alot of work with my doctor and I have found that eating gluten and bread really bother my stomach .I m wondering u have vegan burger.

The chicken is decent from this KFC however the interior of this chain and the toilets really let it down.
