Sharon & her colleague @ this Loughborough store was too kind to me when I needed my coat dry cleaned the same day for my fathers funeral. With my lack of organisation and the shop closures over Christmas, I hadn't got much time to get a suit dry cleaned for a funeral. The staff were extremely helpful and got it sorted the next day. Thankyou.

Dropped Jeans off for a new zip over a month ago. Paid when I dropped off to them. No e-mail, no call still don't know if item has been repaired. When you call their phone number nobody ever picks up. Shambles.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I'm afraid I've just had enough of their Loughborough branch. Not only you have to pay in advance instead of at collection, not only they don't send you a text message advising when the garments are ready, now it also turns out that certain member of staff is happy to miscount the number of garments you take there and charge (in advance of course). Took what I thought were 6 or 7 shirts, this person counted 8, charged me and today at pick up and ta daaa it's only 6. Place keeps going downhill and I just won't use them again; I'd rather drive out of town and give my business to someone else.
