Excellent family run gym, always someone on hand if you need advice or just go in and do your workout. Good monthly price compared to other places. Highly recommended. Boxing and kickboxing sessions also available.

We are a family run Martial Arts and Fitness Centre open to new and existing members and pay as you go customers that teaches various martial arts classes including Boxing, Kickboxing, Tradional Jui Jitsu, Muy Thia Boxing, judo and self defence. We specialise in personal one to one training by appointment in Strength and conditioning, Fitness, Weight loss, Martial arts skills and self defence.
