“We bought tiles here for a bathroom refurbishment. The staff were really helpful, spending a lot of time helping us choose the right combination of tiles, mosaic and trim. There are extensive displays and a sample area where you can put different combinations together. The tiles arrived promptly and were stored for us until the fitting started. A well managed and professional store.”

“i have to say i adore shopping for "new" clothes around loughborough charity shops , and this shop was once my favourite. unfortunately the prices in here are increasing all of the time. For example my partner picked a jumper up today it was £6.00 too expensive when we are both on a low income and bringing up a child , if the jumper had been £2.00 cheaper a sale would have been made, i appreciate the charitys have to make money but surely these shops are for people like me who are on low incomes and who cant afford to buy brand new clothes. i hope to see a decrease in the prices however i cant see this happening and am sad to say that i now will not be shopping here in the future.(aged 33 )”

“I purchased a lamp from them a few years ago. It is one of my favourite pieces of furniture and I and it takes pride of place in my lounge. The packaging for the lamp could have been more robust. But the product is very satisfactory. I was scanning website today toying with idea of buying a Eames inspires chair and stool. I am nervous about parting with my hard earned cash though after reading reviews. Its a shame, I want the products.”

“Came in store today after multiple trips to other stores and not finding what we were looking for. Pete (sales manager) was absolutely brilliant. My son has autism and finds it difficult in many stores. my son was running around and just being his usual self in the store. Not once did he moan or judge us which is what we are normally greeted by he was so kind and understanding. he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and went through all the credit options available to find what worked best for us. I cannot praise him enough for the great customer service in which he derlivered. We will definitely be returning again”
