Food was delivered hot and well cooked. Chips and salad were okay but unfortunately although the burger was cooked well, the meat was of low quality containing hard and chewy bits.

Had the most horrendous visit recently. We were NOT told that the heating was broken on arrival and everyone sat eating in coats. We asked to move to an area we believed would be warmer and were told that there was no space when there clearly was a few tables in the area for the entire time of our visit.
The first choice of meal was sold out but the substitute of southern fried chicken and ribs was far from the quality or quantity expected.
After emailing my concerns after the visit, all we were told was that due to the cold weather the heating needed attention. No offer of a refund/voucher, no explanation as to why we weren't moved or why we were not told about the heating on the evening.
I heard a number of people that evening saying "this is a joke" etc
This will be my last visit.

Food was brought out quite quickly and tasted lovely. Our waitress, Hayley was polite and helpful too, very professional service.

Parking: Plenty of parking, with enough space to get kids in and out of the car. Well positioned just off the main carriageway
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is extensive and varied. Kids supplied with an activity pack to occupy them. Becks even listened to my 4 year old telling his new jokes!

Booked here last minute and had a lovely meal, very tasty. Our server, Riley, was brilliant. Will definitely eat here again.

Was freezing we all had to wear are coat eating , then when said to member of the team she said well it takes a while for this old building to warm up .
