“On the whole I believe that the quality of food is good, however the prices have increased along with competitors supermarkets. One thing that l find frustrating is the large trolleys they used for restocking the shelfs with while customers are shopping.”

“Close to family in Loughborough so I pop in when I've been visiting. One of a national chain, the layout follows the same pattern as the other stores so you know where everything is kept. Good parking and light interior, food appears to be good value - and I haven't had any issues with the produce. Quick and easy shopping here!”

“A good range of products, but it's the staff that make it - they all have excellent customer service skills and could certainly teach some other supermarkets a thing or two!”

“This was a last-minute decision to have a buffet style New Year's day tea so my Son suggested here we managed to get everything we needed the only thing I would maybe suggest is that they had dips but no breadsticks which seemed a little strange to have one but not the other. There are no issues with waiting at the checkout, and the staff are very helpful.”

“Raj and Anita are the most kindest, sweetest couple 100%. My partner goes in daily with our children, always so lovely and friendly to them. It's always hello and goodbye, even to the point they love to have conversations with yourself or your children, asking how we're all doing. Most definitely recommend this shop, all prices vary but most reliable shop you can go to xxxxxxx”

“It's a petrol station so there's only so there's not much scope for having a USP. It does its job fine, central location, bit fiddly getting in and out of. Small shop with a few essentials and newspapers.”

“Friendly staff. Parking is a little far away if you just need cash. Only seems have one till open with the rest being self service. All self service tills are card only so would be handy for a cash one”

“What a lovely LITTLE store with BIG personality!!

All staff were cheerfull, shop was nice & clean, with full range of stock on shelves and seemed bright & airy.

We went yesterday and asked for advice on a certain item in a range of the wine section, We had never seen the MAMI range of wine before....The assistant named JAZ explained it was a range that Co-op personally stocked and was so helpfull, polite and went out her way to look in the back to see if they ranged the missing item, a Rose' version which wasn't on the shelf.

Sadly it wasn't...but she gave us advice on others they had in great detail. She was very knowledgeable regarding the stock they had. Gave us information on value, taste and differences in the other selections there. For Somebody that doesn't drink like myself and was buying for a present....the advice was very much appreciated.

Full attention to details were met , didnt make us feel rushed and went on to ask if we needed any more assistance , smiling throughout the whole conversation

Thankyou for the great service.

We will surely be shopping there again .”
