For the past few months the staff have been unlawfully preventing customers with proof of purchase from using the toilets...citing maintenance...this is a lie! It's to stop the homeless people outside McDonald's from using them....I have reported the matter to the council. I am disabled and was told to go use the council toilets instead ..businesses of this nature and size are required by law to provide bathroom facilities...excuses are not good enough..disgusting

3.30pm and chairs up ended on most of tables for cleaning, though floor was clean and dry. We wanted to sit in and eat our bakes etc, spoke to assistant and we were rudely informed no. Wasn't even said with a smile or apology. Definitely NOT what expect, or received, from a Greg's, anywhere in 8 years! Very sad?

I visited your store in Loughborough market place on Friday 19th April and I was very unimpressed with the service I received, I'm a disabled lady and I have to use a walking stick and when I was served the girl never asked if I wanted help taking my drink to the table and there were other customers at the counter and she never asked who had been waiting longer I can definitely say I will not visit a Gregg's again

Went in this morning for a cob didnt realise I had to rebuilt it because of the way it was haphazardly threw in the bag, prices have gone up yet again! and it seems to me Greggs are suffering from a shrinkage problem, considering I paid for extras I ended up getting less then what I paid for, I also didnt realise that Greggs was a part time Pig crematorium based off the state of my bacon, if I wanted it cremated id go to same place I got my nan.Parking: No parking

Best staff, friendly can't thank them enough, they put a pepperoni pizza in for me at 7am everyday, best greggs in lough.
