Looking for walking trousers and got a perfect pair with a reasonable price. The shop is tidy with wide aisles and was dog friendly which was welcome on a warm day with the stop here on the way to walk at the Outwoods.
The shop staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Very poor experience. We shopped for 2 hours and 23 Mins and spent quite a lot of money. We were then charged an excess parking fine of £100 pounds which came in the post. We were parked in the shops own car park and we were in the shop the whole time. We returned to the shop to complain and they took the details and a copy of the recipt to show what time we left the shop and we were assured that there was no need to pay the fine. A few weeks later we got a follow up letter threatening a debt collection agency and court proceedings. We no longer had any confidence in the shop and were intimidated by the letter so paid the fine.
We will never shop there again and would recommend that others do not either.

It's a bit difficult to find initially but once you know where it is it's not so bad, a good stock of all you could need for pretty much any outdoor activities.
I went looking for caravan accessories and they have a good stock of the basic equipment, if your looking for something a bit more specialised then I'd definitely call 1st to check if they have it.
