“As an experienced shopper, I always find going to TK Maxx one of my absolute favourite shopping experiences. For me, I enjoy streaming through the clearance racks for absolute gems. Today, I came here to do that but left with a few gifts for my partners birthday as extra gifts and Christmas presents (early I know..).As I got to the tills, I started setting out everything from my basket and the cashier was super compassionate, understanding and helpful with me packaging everything. In this moment, I was annoyingly long with unravelling everything and setting it out to scan but I really appreciate her chatting with me, making me feel comfortable and being kindly patient. I don’t know her name, but she is desi asian looking with beautifully long hair. I hope she gets further recognition for her compassion.”
