I brought the bulk of my euros from Loughborough branch. I went today to get a top up and Ben served me. What a huge difference in customer service. He signed me up for an email receipt and told me I can order them online in future at a better rate. I wasn't given that option the first time or the friendly service from Ben who was super pleasant. Will definitely recommend.
