Shocking customer service. Contacted regarding air-conditioning to claim on my warranty and was told to send my info and I would be contacted to book in. Sent by email then nothing... my warranty then went over the 14 days to claim and still nothing. Contacted again and was then told ' we don't do warranty quotes and especially by email '. Terrible service and kept me hanging on for nothing. Awful.

Dropped by EMS asking for guidance and they were very professional, and even had the time to fix my A/Cond issue, pressure tested system then regassing and a new cabin filter fitted and sanitiser process performed.All cool and no longer smelly. Nice guys,, good job and less cost than I was expecting. Had a nice walk around for two hours in the sunshine.

Went here to have a couple of tyres fitted via Tyre Leader. Very friendly and helpful, managed to fit me in on the same day as the the tyres were delivered. Would happily use them again.
