Not impressed. Ordered curtains, a pole and some curtain tie back. Made my way to the store to collect when I received an email around 2 hours later. Turns out they?ve cancelled my order for the curtains and curtain pole without sending me any email or notification to let me know. So only the curtain tie backs to collect.
Now I have to way 3-7 days for a refund!
What a wasted journey, when raised with staff this is just ?how the website is? and was told to contact customer service.
Have tried to contact customer service but there is no one available as they are ?offline?.
How ridiculous, shocking service and wasted journey.

Visited today. Helpful staff who offered help and assistance, happy to check if items were in stock in store etc. Only comment would be the amount of displays/stock around the shopfloor aisles. This made it tricky for my sister who uses a mobility scooter to navigate some areas.

All under one roof for home accessories: bedding towels etc. We got a great sales representative who assisted and advised through out our shopping. Great service.

I have been coming to this Dunelm for 8 years. For my two recent visits which were all served by the Muslin lady at the counter. She was on her phone all the time and ignoring the queue, and later when I was paying, at both time she had no greeting, no thank you, just a cold face even I was smiling and greeting her.
I am here to shop not getting punishment, for staff like her either needs more training or stop serving customers at the front line. I am pretty sure this is not the value that Dunelm wants to present to their customers. The rest of the staff are always helpful especially the Asian guy. I am giving two stars instead of one only because Dunelm is my go to store for home shopping for years, hope things get improved.
