Enjoyed excellent customer service & assistance at the Loughborough branch from Tallula. Got a very good deal too on a new mattress with some free items added onto our order. Haven't taken delivery yet but fairly confident that this will go smoothly on the date we arranged.

Good, professional service. Knowledgeable about products being purchases but NOT 'pushy' to purchase unnecessary 'add ons'. Good experience, have always purchased beds from dreams, will continue to do so and highly recommend their service.

Good service asked about type of sleep position and used the machine to give an idea of type of firmness suitable, although I felt the assistant was obviously on commission as she tended to show us the mattresses at the higher end of my budget. However she did offer a discount to cover the extra delivery cost for choosing a Saturday delivery date.

After going around many bed shops we ended up at dreams in Loughborough we were served by Tallulah who was very helpful very knowledgeable and for the first time listen to us on what our requirements were and in less than an hour she?d sorted us out with the perfect bed

Decided today after purchasing three mattresses online, that if you can't lay on it then don't buy it.
Tallulah was absolutely lovely, met us at the door but in no way did we feel pressurised to purchase, just a nice welcome, even liked my trainers.
That alone got major brownie points, you get to my age and you love every compliment.
Having a good sales experience is soo good.
Yes, so ok online purchases will be cheaper but after visiting Dreams you get what you pay for and after having the tester we have purchased a really comfortable mattress.
Obviously we paid more, but we had a really good exsperience and looking forward to a better night's sleep.
I am just a customer and absolutely no affiliation with Dreams, but I will say they have some amazing deals and we were gifted two really nice Pillows which in my opinion are an absolute necessity to give a good night's sleep.
We also were gifted a cooling mattress cover awesome. Free delivery next week right to our bed so I will add some pics when it arrives.

As we walked into the Loughborough Dreams store we were greeted by the lovely Tallulah. She quickly explained how she could help us and lead us to the mattresses that fit our requirements. Her knowledge of the products was amazing and even helped us find a discount on our purchase. Highly recommended, well done for excellent service, products and choice.

Came into store thinking I was going to have to spend £1000?s of pounds on a mattress , but Tallulah dealt with us and sorted us out with a clearance stock mattress and two pillows for £220 , she was nothing but helpful and understanding and didn?t try to push us to buy more than we needed, overall positive experience
