There's no customer service, I had to search for help as it seemed a bunch a guys wanting to talk amongst themselves about their weekend then to do their job. Even when I asked for help it was like I was I intruding. Will not be going back

I went to get my phone checked for spyware. It only cost £25 well worth it for peace of mind.

Giving this place 5 stars cos of Amrish.
Best customer service I have ever experienced. I?ve been served by other staff there but Amrish is the best. He was so kind and even though I came in at the end of the day, didn?t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. He sold me a lovely coffee machine and I?m very excited to take it home and try it!

1 star is too much. I ordered the door bell in the store, but the (salesman ) wrote the wrong post code. Because I did not see in my receipt at the time because I didn't have my reading glass with me. My post code was LE4 5DB, and the salesman was so thick that he changed my post code to LE4 5DB. When I called them within 1 hours they said to wait for the tracking number, then we would cancel my order. Next, We had an email from currys saying that your order has been delivered.

Had a problem with a product 10 days before end of warranty. Suppliers website was very complicated to register a claim so I contacted Curry's Loughborough. Very helpful lady apologised that the item was not in stock and offered a refund which I accepted. The item was collected FOC 2 days later and the credit was passed to my card account within the week. Five stars aren't enough!!

A bit disappointed that the store refused a return of my unopened product, which I ordered online. I needed to process a home collection, despite of the information on their website that I could return it in store. Maybe they just didn't want to bother withy return hence 1*. I'll try a different Currys next time.
