I have been coming here for well over 5 yrs now got to know most of the staff the friendly banter between me and the staff is great there is nothing they want do for you if there is something wrong I a in there 2/3 times a month and if I have not been in they will be on it like a shot asking how I am and asking is everything of and all that great friendly bunch of stuff

I popped in with my wife for a quick drink, The service was excellent and the place has a good atmosphere but the drink let the place down, a few key steps on coffee making were missed, portafilter basket waste wiped to get rid of the old coffee grounds, didn't purge group head or steamer wand before use, so as you can see from my picture the coffee is left in the bottom of the cup from the drink before me, and that made the drink taste stale, staff could do with some barista training.

Go in regularly and the staff are great, we were served by Ellie and libby made our drinks they were both really nice and made sure we were having a good day, really pleasant staff and nice coffee.

Good wifi and some sockets nearby the table, which is very convenient for working or studying. Caramel latte and sandwich are okay but chocolate cookie tastes a bit weird. BTW not bad

I went to this store on the 14th march. I have a nut allergy. So for us folk it's always a bit hit and miss.I got served by ellie and jade. They both went above and beyond to make me feel safe eating there. Opened up a fresh packet of lemon muffins for me to eat from.Its makes a real difference. First time been in this Costa,was very very busy at least 8 people in the queue...staff seemed slow with no grasp of urgency. My latte drink was slapped on the tray...some went on to my cake....sat down.latte was Luke warm almost cold...I was going to ask to have it redone or re heated? But by now the queue was 20 long, so didn't bother..rather annoyed.when you paying £3.45p for a drink! Yes shop was busy..but no point serving cold drinks! (

Shocking service coffee barely warm they kept getting peoples orders wrong long wait to be served dirty utensils tables not cleared. We have been loyal customers to Costa for a number of years and still will be but we certainly won't be going to this establishment again

Staff are excellent and well trained to provide polite and quick service. My only issue is with people being allowed to sit (especially upstairs) without ever ordering a drink. Also some people use it as a place to do there work and can be noisy talking to people remotely while ylus8ng their laptops.
