I don?t think this big male manager thought I would realise that he was following me around the store, making me feel uncomfortable, paid for my items with him watching over me on the camera then as soon as I go to leave chases me out the shop , when he could of stopped me in private in the shop since he had the chance too when he came out the door and stood there over me while I left but instead chased me out after I?d stepped out the door with people coming in just to embarrass me over me mistakenly not paying for a bag for 50p. You watched me pay for a £30 order im sure I can afford 50p, I did come straight in apologising for mistakenly not, the funniest part was the girl I?m used to working there and spoke/seen many of times in there clearly felt embarrassed and uncomfortable you got her to stop her current job to have to run over for the 50p, not only that is I shop there nearly everyday , the funniest part is even when I haven?t accidentally/mistakenly not paid for it staff were giving them for free and not caring anyway?never even seen him in the shops and the second I have I never wanna shop there again. You was fishing to find me not pay for a single thing. And it happened to be a plastic bag. How sad.

What a lovely LITTLE store with BIG personality!!
All staff were cheerfull, shop was nice & clean, with full range of stock on shelves and seemed bright & airy.
We went yesterday and asked for advice on a certain item in a range of the wine section, We had never seen the MAMI range of wine before....The assistant named JAZ explained it was a range that Co-op personally stocked and was so helpfull, polite and went out her way to look in the back to see if they ranged the missing item, a Rose' version which wasn't on the shelf.
Sadly it wasn't...but she gave us advice on others they had in great detail. She was very knowledgeable regarding the stock they had. Gave us information on value, taste and differences in the other selections there. For Somebody that doesn't drink like myself and was buying for a present....the advice was very much appreciated.
Full attention to details were met , didnt make us feel rushed and went on to ask if we needed any more assistance , smiling throughout the whole conversation
Thankyou for the great service.
We will surely be shopping there again .

Been going in their for years now and tonight one of till operator so stuck up she couldn't crack a smile I bought a monster drink for my self always been served while I have my daughter with me who is 20 she refuses to serve me asking for id because I had my daughter with me how stupid is this never had a problem before till tonight this person needs to go spec savers I am well over 50 years old so i deffinate wont be using this shop again at least i pay for my items not like sum just walk out with it

This place is really upsetting me, yesterday my parcel was delivered to this address by Evri, anyway it said on Ebay that my parcel is ready to collect from co-op and they gave me a collection FM code, anyway I went to collect today and the lady Sue said the parcel is not there, how on earth is it not there, she said "it might have not arrived yet", which is absolute nonsense as there is photographic evidence that it was delivered yesterday at 16:21, this is the second time this has happened in 1 month where my parcel has just disappeared into thin air, the only conclusion is that someone there has stole my parcel twice and they're acting oblivious to this. Not an honest place, if 2 of my parcels have just disappeared in 1 month then something is seriously wrong with this place. Someone working there has stolen my parcels twice or the Evri delivery person took picture and took off with the parcel (which is highly unlikely) as they'd be on CCTV. Check attached photo.

I have just bought a cold Caffe Latte Coffee to return to work and notice that it is three days out of date. My colleague also bought a Pot Noodle last week from the same store which was also out of date. Very disappointing.

I've consistently had incredibly unpleasant encounters at this shop. Staff on tills do not know how to be polite and show good customer service. Barely any thank you, please, or smiles. Treating customers like they are doing them a favour by serving them because I can easily take my business elsewhere. As a business and staff with arguably bigger competitions in Loughborough (Tescos, Sainsburys), you should be maintaining the customers that you do get, not deterring them.On one occasion, two young female staff members loudly engrossed in personal phone conversations. If you are going to be attending personal calls on shift, at least be professional and speak quietly instead of having your personal affairs be broadcasted in a tiny shop. It further makes me question the staff here and their professionalism.I looked past it the first few times but this is constantly the case. I think the staff can do with some diversity and extra customer service training. I rarely write reviews or bad reviews as a matter of fact, but this is appalling.
