Coffee was good and easily found somewhere to sit, toilets well overdue for a good deep clean! Also desperate for a new bin that's not covered in rust from urine bouncing off the toilet.

Staff were helpful and friendly but this was the worst mocha I?ve ever had. Tried twice once with oat milk (they charge an extra 50 pence for this) and once with soy which was free but both times awful!
The sausage roll was also incredibly greasy. I wouldn?t recommend.

A cozy café with very friendly staff, can very a little loud during peak hours. Only thing that disappointed me was how bad the honey velvet americano tasted, was very sour and had a strange aftertaste, would never order again.

Nice spacious Nero serving the same quality of coffee and hot chocolate that we have come to love. Service were efficient and staff very friendly. Plenty of seating including seats outside.

Can sometimes be a wait to get drinks, which I guess is a good sign as they are busy. Always clean and tidy and staff are really friendly.

Lovely experience throughout our latest visit at this branch, where Callum offered a splendid service and made us feel welcome from the outset. The coffee was lovely too, would definitely visit again.
