Service really slow

I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy since transferring to which, at the beginning of the year.
A family member requires regular medication necessitating on average two visits per month to collect a prescription & thus, I speak from experience.
Without exception, I've received excellent service in all respects from a most professional & pleasant team.

Worst pharmacy going.
Getting medication is like drawing blood from a stone. System is ancient and I feel really sorry for the staff having to work in such conditions. Also the place is absolutely Filthy

Charged my £9.65 for a prescription despite the tablets being £6.35 themself off the shelf! Service is always slow and they never have your prescription ready or even in stock.

Zero. Always long waits. Never seems to have enough staff and when they do - nobody offers to serve customers with the 1 person serving.. Prescriptions have NEVER been delivered or unpacked on time. Awful service

Very disappointed in this service ordered of the Internet a present for Christmas,waiting for a text to say it arrived,nothing so travelled to Sileby boots to find out were it was,it was sitting in the shop, good job I went in or I would never had got my order

Would give 0 stars if I could. Always have no prescriptions ready even when ordered over 2 weeks in advance. Husband stood there for 1 hour 15 minutes recently then had to say something before someone handed him medication that had been sat there ready (he didn?t know until they picked it up) for 40 minutes. Shocking
