We had a great experience with Rhi today. I took my daughter in to purchase her first foundation ever. She was colour matched and we found the perfect match as well as a few other bits. Rhi made the experience effortless and really enjoyable!

To try and speak to somebody in the pharmacy about medication query for a vulnerable and elderly patient is impossible. I have been calling for the past three hours and nobody answers.

A lovely store with great staff, i asked if my daughter can have some samples, and they did a full taster for her.
It was so lovely i bought some lipgloss for her. My only regret is i did not get their names for this post

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE AT BOOTS IN LOUGHBOROUGH. THEY WORK WITH XACT PACKING TO PACK THEIR PERFUMES, AND AS A FORMER STAFF MEMBER, I CAN ATTEST TO THE UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS. STAFF BARELY WASH THEIR HANDS, TOILETS ARE DIRTY, AND THE SAME CLOTH USED TO WIPE IN THE TOILETS IS THEN USED FOR THE CANTEEN. IT'S SHOCKING HOW SUCH SHAMBOLIC PRODUCTS ARE BEING SOLD. THEY USE GERMS TO PACK PERFUMES AND GIFTS FOR CUSTOMERS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I live in Louth where we have two branches of Boots. Whenever I go to my local stores, there's always someone behind the counter serving the public. Every time I've used this branch, which we do when visiting my mother in law, we're kept waiting at an empty counter. The last time we were there, the person dispensing prescriptions was having to jostle between the two posts in order to attend to waiting customers.
We've also encountered problems using the self checkouts in the past. More staff please Mr James.

Dreadful customer service in this store. Pharmacy assistants rude and dismissive. I will be taking my customer elsewhere. 1 star is too much but no other options on google.

Which bright spark redesigned the store. New tills are all self serve could only find one that took cash. All tucked away in tight corners no space to use properly, only gave 2 stars because of helpful patient lady being moaned at by people otherwise nil. Will be using Superdrug in future

Boots Pharmacy was excellent a few years ago. This week will be my final visit. Service has continued to deteriorate significantly. The young female assistant on the front desk with the grey/blonde hair is unfriendly and frankly quite unprofessional. She seems to have appointed herself as gate-keeper to peoples healthcare. This week I witness her rude treatment of another customer.
