Lovely store and super helpful staff - I always use this store.Today we were having a bit of a bad day and some troubles with a return, but we were fortunate enough to have the manager Chris nearby to give us a hand. He helped us with our query despite it taking some time and he had a smile on his face the entire time, even with the store being quite busy and having lots of other things to do.Thank you Chris, it?s truly people like you who make the difference in the world of retail. We had a horrific experience at The Range on the other side of the retail park prior to coming, so you are really appreciated!

Useless customer service. Cannot speak to anyone in-store. Advertising a product which is not available in any of the relevant stores yet have plenty in distribution warehouse. No-one at any store able to advise where to obtain the product! Very frustrating.
