I do rate this for all DIY products at great prices, just don't get grass seed as that is WAY too much £££££££££

Good choice of products but not enough staff near tills, although they're self serve, things go wrong, like having to return something or discounted products go through at full price and you have to go back, friendly staff but you're waiting ages as only one around.

Virtue signalling tannoys all year round.
They charge the customer extra so they can give to controversial charities and love to tell you about it.
Screwfix and Toolstation nextdoor are significantly cheaper for the same products, presumably because they don't charge extra to cover their political charity donations.
Paint selection is good, staff are friendly and helpful.

Rose manager her customer service is below zero, badly attitude. She don't want accept foto receipt , where other staff didn't see any problems with this. She should be there for help ?

Just visited today - all tills with staff have removed - one poor employee having to try and manage all the self checkout tills - lots of people waiting, couldn't buy one item as the barcode was missing and noone to assist so left it at the till.
Left B&Q Loughborough frustrated with the experience, angry for the employee having to try and cope.
Another example of big companies getting rid of staff who are customer facing because they clearly care more about profits than people.....?
