Unreliable... A screw pierced my tyre and I wanted them to rapair it. They gave me an appointment for one week later. My tyre was in my car boot and I told them but they didn't even ask for see it. When I went on the appointment day, they said, they can't repair it. When I ask"Then why you gave me an appointment", the guy said it wasn't me. After a tiny argument, he said"it's not legal to fix it". Long story short, they wasted my time and didn't even care about it. It was my first and absolutely the last visit. I don't recommend. Be careful.

Absolutely terrible customer service.On going to collect my car, I had to deal with rude staff who refused to apply an over 60s discount and then refused to print out the invoice before I paid.They had also left mud all over the passenger seat and inside door, which they then stated wasn?t caused by them despite no-one else having sat in the passenger seat.Darren in particular (as mentioned in one of the other reviews) needs to reflect on how he speaks to customers and treat them with respect rather than raising his voice.I would strongly consider those reading to pick a different garage.

Had some tyres fitted there recently, I heard a noise coming from wheel and suspected issue with newly fitted tyres.I called up and was advised to call in and they would have a look. Took my van for a test drive and inspected, he pointed out what the problem was which was nothing to do with the tyres. Very professional and exceptionally helpful. Should be more people and garages like this. Definitely recommend.

Had a headlight bulb go on a leased vehicle and tried to get them to replace, only to be fobbed off. They claimed the bumper had to come off despite a Kwik Fit technician down the road removing and refitting in less than a minute without an issue...

Very happy with the service here. I needed a tyre check for peace of mind and had two new tyres fitted. The staff were very polite, accommodating (to fit in with my hectic life) and helpful. Highly recommended.
