“Lunch for three, we all had different choice and all were well cooked and presented. I had the festive macaroni cheese, and this was creamy and not at all stodgy and was first class. The side salad it came with was fresh and very different - superb. the other members of the party commented that their meal also exceeded expectations. Another Green King success ! I would add that we were also impressed by Chelsea who was polite, attentive and very efficient, similarly the barman who greeted us when we arrived was of a similar mind set. Great food, great sevice and atmosphere, next time we are in Loughborough we will be eating there.”

“Most definitely without a doubt Amina from Loughborough shell knows how to keep up her smile for every customer in and out of Shell every single day!No doubt about it this girls at the top of her game when it comes to customer service a very valuable member of staff for shell indeed.She knows how to smile for everyone time and time again regardless rain or shine for herself, and asking "How is your day going... any plans for the day... you okay?" I tell you goes a long long way and brings customers in to come refuel at Shell (specifically this girls shell) just to feel like your cared for and acknowledged when served.If there's any bonus schemes or pay rises for such services this girl needs one for every pearly white she shows to brighten up all our days everyday without a miss!Top service there from this young lady and the other guys like her as well, you guys doing something right because I'm coming here to refuel all the time now! ?”

“Go in there for work. Sometimes there is abit of a wait but other times it is fine. The other customers that are negative and impatient could just find somewhere else to go. The staff do a great job.”

“Walked in without an appointment 31/07/25 and was greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff. I was able to go straight up stairs to discuss some issues. Sorry cant remember the ladies name but she was extremely helpful and friendly and I ended up walking away with 3 new services when I only went in to sort 1. Thank you all at the branch”
