Bought chicken thigh fillets 1 day out of date without realising and don?t even have a receipt so I can?t even return them. Why aren?t staff doing stock rotations or at least checking date labels!!!

On the whole I believe that the quality of food is good, however the prices have increased along with competitors supermarkets. One thing that l find frustrating is the large trolleys they used for restocking the shelfs with while customers are shopping.

Getting a better vegetarian selection, always well stocked. Tills always well manned, staff are all super friendly and lovely nothings too much trouble for them. Well layed out and brilliant prices. Got to know alot of the staff now. Phil and Hing are both fantastic. I tried using an alternate Aldi not a patch on this one.

Twice recently I have been in this store with my new baby, and both times staff couldn't have been more helpful. Without me asking, they helped me to empty my trolley and pack my bags, even offering to take my shopping to my car. All staff were so kind and I really appreciated the help.
