Had a good experience at zara, I was served by Mohammed who went out of his way to find an item for me. He was very helpful and deserved a shout out.

Had a great experience at Zara today! AMAN at the checkout was so polite, patient and professional. Amazing customer service ? Zara needs more staff like him. He really made my day!

I went to buy in zara Friday,
Stood in the queue for 20 mins or more,the queue was long and only two people on the tills,I asked to see the manager but took that long to come I walked off in the end,the two behind the tills were not very pleasant which I am sure they were fed up off trying to get the queue down on there own,it's a shambles in there,you need to put more people on the check out,I saw other clothes I wanted after I bought my things but left it because of standing in the long queue again,

Good layout but absolutely terrible experience with the staff at the changing rooms. Never coming into this Zara again. Left to hang clothes alone on a filled rack with no help, with some falling out of my hand on the floor and no one bothering to help me. Even other customers came to ask me things thinking I was working there. Absolutely horrible and shameful attitude, rude stares and cold attitude. Some clothes displayed were dirty, filled with makeup stains or missing buttons. Had stellar better experiences at other Zara stores in London and Cambridge. Never shopping here again.

I had an amazing experience during my shopping spree at Zara! The gorgeous worker that helped me is called Georgia. She was so polite and nice. I will definitely be looking for her next time I go!

Went in the Leicester high Cross store today 29/5/25 : 10.25 main till ..and had the worst service . Waited at till while make sales assistant: male heavily tattooed with piercing carried on tagging items I was only person waiting , no apology for keeping me waiting . Paid for my trousers no thank you ! No would you like a bag and didn?t even fold them .. if I hadn?t wanted them to match the jacket I would if told him to keep them ! Very disappointing .. so begrudged spending my money there and won?t be back in that branch ..

We were served today at around 4:45 by a young Italian girl called Neda at the Leicester Highcross store. The transaction was a difficult one to process however Neda was brilliant and very knowledgeable, she made our trip enjoyable and she is a credit to Zara.
