Everytime we visit this branch the food and service is absolutely amazing. Friendly and welcoming, the staff go above and beyond it?s really lovely. It?s our favourite branch!

Great place, awesome and very helpful team. Food was amazing, highly recommend here, will be coming here again. We made good use of the belt system ?. Beer is nice aswel ?

Poor,poor ,poor show. What a rip off, 1 chicken tender, 1 wing (cold and flabby greasy skin), tiny portion of cold fries and cold corn on cob for £13.50, oh and a spoonful of coleslaw. Where was the nori tinsel ,whatever that may be .

Horrible food. Katsu chicken was burnt with hardly any sauce most certainly won't be buying from here again wagamamas is better don't waste your money here.

I went to Yo Sushi for the first time yesterday with friends after they raved about it, but sadly will not be in a hurry to return.
My friend had the Pumpkin Katsu curry, and albeit it was an accident, the waiter picked the bowl up from the rim which slipped out of his hand, causing it to go all over me and my friends clothes. I will say, the staff were very apologetic, moved us to a different table and recooked our food as well as made sure we weren?t hurt/burnt and gave us wet towels to help. The issue we had was how they ?corrected? the mistake. He decided to give us a VIP discount which turned out to be 15%? not very VIP if you ask me considering student discount is 10%. However they still put on the service charge! After you took off the service charge from the discount it meant we all saved £2.50 off our meals. Compare that to a pair of £45 linen trousers from Next which have been thrown away, a £65 All Saints jumper which has been discontinued so cannot be replaced thrown away, a £45 white linen trouser from Next ruined, a t shirt ruined totalling in over £150 worth of damage to clothes and we got 15% off and still had to pay service charge when we were actually served a DISservice.
Unfortunately, we are now left with bad memories, as well as no other option but to throw away two pairs of Next linen trousers, an All Saints jumper and a t shirt all because of carelessness. Not happy. To also add on, we had to cancel plans with our friends afterwards as we obviously could not walk around with curry stains all over us.

We came for a meal yesterday and whilst our hot food was being served, a waiter unfortunately lost grip and pumpkin katsu curry went all down my jumper, jeans, shoes and my friends trousers who was sat next to me. We completely appreciated that this was an accident and the staff were wonderful as they all ran round with tissues and making sure we didn?t get burnt from the heat. We felt very calm as they presented all new food due to the mess and said they will give us a discount in the food. The disappointment came when the bill arrived, despite my friend having to throw away his £45 trousers due to the stain not coming out of the fabric, and then even after high quality stain remover, my jumper still looks like this from the oil stains (£65 jumper that was my birthday present from my mum), we worked out that with the discount and service charge still added on, we saved approx £2.50 each on our entire meal. My family has been loyal to this restaurant for around 16 years but following this, I really don?t want to come back anymore

Ordered a delivery through uber eats at 8.30pm and delivery was scheduled at 9.15pm. At 9.05pm I received a call from uber eats that the Yo's kitchen is under construction and my order is cancelled. I had to make alternative arrangements to get food. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Shocking poor made me mad got a buy one get one free thought uh I can eat one later but no its got sauce onit which makes your crispy prawns all sloppy and there cripsy for a reason ruined the while thing next don't put sauce on my food separate it I asked for no sauce on my fries still put sauce onit fries whre equivalent to maryland chips shocking LISTEN TO PEOPLE REQUESTS FFS

Excellent lunch at yo! Sushi Leicester. Nestled in the middle of the high cross food court area. The staff were friendly and very attentive, the restaurant was clean and inviting.

Ceiling had mould and had fallen down in parts. Just really poor in general, food taking ages. I know peoples come out as it?s cooked but for the two youngest to be waiting the longest to the point everyone else has finished all their dishes seems ridiculous. Food wasn?t great. Order was wrong twice. We came for a birthday lunch and was truely disappointing.

Really good branch of YO! Service/advice was great ( by a lovely Asian chap) despite being busy at lunch and the food was superb and portions decent. As always I find YO! to better done outside of London for some reason. The whole team work well together and help one another. Very impressed at how well it was run and I think other stores particular in London could learn.
