Absolutely appalling experience how they can forget to put on numerous units & items even after sitting down with them in showroom for hours, numerous items not delivered as well also got measurements wrong. Unbelievable level of incompetency from these amateurs stay clear look else where & save yourself from stress & a major headache !!P.s any positive reviews are probably from store staff & not customers!!

No so great experience with Wren Leicester. Be mindful when you sign charter document check every decor panel you definitely need it or order none as they will promise they will take unused panel back but once you sign they don't want to know. And if you haven't used their fitter (which is really expensive) they will blame fitter for it. We left with three decor panels which cost us nearly £500 and Wren don't take it back. People did warn us not to use wren for our kitchen. I was hoping I could change people view but we fall for that and sorry to say those people were right. Those three panels caused our review from 5 star to 1 star. I hope this review is helpful to other families.

Not the Leicester branch, but a review for Wren as an after sales support service. Had the kitchen 4 years and the cupboards under where the sink is have started peeling at the bottom. I contacted them to contact them to see if I could get them replaced under guarantee, they said no because it looked like the damage was due to water. Why do they put such poor quality units in for sale as kitchen units when every kitchen has a sink! The edges have also chipped in a couple of places and part of the hinge on some of the units keep pinging off. Not expected as during the sales process they say their units are better than all others!

I have just ordered a bespoke Infinity range kitchen from Wren's and I have a delightful experience in doing so, the main reason behind our order and in choosing Wren was solely because of Lucas. He was extremely professional, patient and approachable. He was so friendly understanding and made the design tailored to our needs, budget and specifications. He never placed any pressure on us and was very helpful with options and honest in his advice. He made it so easy ! We contemplated 2 companys initially and Lucas outlined all the benefits of Wren's as opposed to any competitors and hands down Wren was the BEST choice. The options and choices were wide and definitely exceeded in quality with Wren's. For anyone researching kitchens and in doubt just go and see Lucas Sadowski at the Leicester store and you will not be disappointed, he will reassure you, your questions and requirements. First of all I brought the kitchen for over £11,000. The kitchen unit arrived and it was not the one that was shown on the designs. Once arrived almost 4 of the units were badly damaged and cracked and when calling customer services to help solve the issue they take a very long time to respond and solve it. Even after the arrival of the replacements a lot of them were missing parts such as hinges and drawers. I recommend you shop around other places before you shop at wren because you?re simply wasting your time and money.Service: Kitchen design
