I asked for recommended stringing tension and the mains where strung at a higher tension making the strings close to snapping. Also the mains where strung incorrectly on the y of the racket

Always great customer service. For example, been in today to ask whether my son?s racket needed restringing and they said no. They could have sold me something we didn?t need but they didn?t. That?s fantastic.

I drove down from Nottingham a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience at Withers. I tried numerous rackets from Wilson, Babolat, Head and then bought a Yonex Ezone, which I absolutely love. The team at Withers then kept the shop open a little longer to string the racket properly. Great knowledge, great products and great experience. Will be coming back again soon for my children. Thanks

Fantastic experience at Withers. We travelled from Rugby to visit the store on Saturday afternoon and found the staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. With a wide range of brands, frames and strings available, there was so much to choose from and the staff asked very considered questions to get to the root of what we needed. They recommended options within our budget and answered our many questions about racquets, strings and tennis players! Thanks for your help - we?ll be returning in the future!
