My Badminton racket arrived from another store after an online purchase with no strings that was not stated.I asked my badminton group who they recommended and Withers came highly recommended.After a phone call, arriving in the store and being asked multiple questions with advice added we came to an easy agreement on a string.I said the handle feels a bit small and with Jason seeing how the racket looked in my hand recommended a grip and gave me reasons why the other two wouldn't be suitable.From my Badminton group question to walking out the store only took 2hr 30min. I see now why they came highly recommended.I will definitely keep going back to them for all my future needs even with them being a 45min drive from me.

The best tennis racket shop I've been to, absolutely amazing. They've got an extensive range of rackets to demo and the staff were brilliant when I was looking for a new racket. They're all very knowledgeable and helpful, recommending a couple for me to try. Once I'd chosen my racket, they were able to help me with the best strings and tension. Would thoroughly recommend.

I go to the shop at Leicestershire Lawn Squash & Tennis Club, service couldn't be better, shoutout to James, his knowledge and advice on my queries was fantastic, recently had my Wilson Pro staff restrung and re-gripped, feels amazing - anything tennis these are the guys to go to!

Amazing service, knowledgable and friendly staff. Came recommended by my coach. I bought 2 tennis rackets here a few weeks ago, after trying 2 demo models. James was extremely helpful with advise on the stringing and grip size, and he configured the 2 rackets to have exactly the same specs, by adding some small weight strips on one of them. They indeed play 100% the same now, which is much appreciated. Delivery was smooth and quick too. I highly recommend them.

My previous cheaper tennis rackets I?ve bought from other stores kept having similar problems where they would eventually snap at the frame. Having decided to commit to a more expensive better quality tennis racket, i visited Withers here in town centre. James was very helpful in explaining that the new head racket purchased is made if full graphite and therefore is more durable and longer lasting hopefully. I was pleased with the visit and recommend the store to anyone looking for better quality tennis products
