First of all no stock on medicines and when to collect later same day card machine not working seen morning didn't even bother to call and let us know so we can take some cash. Came home and call few times no answer is the worst place to get your medication. They prefer all the patients die not even have any other options of payment.

I have tried to call the pharmacy all day yesterday and today and still no answer. I need to know if my prescription is ready before I walk from Thurnby to get it in the cold or ask for it to be delivered. This is unacceptable as I need the prescription.

Irregular staff, never seem to know what's going on. Today they were ment to open at 8am but the pharmacist didn't turn up. Went back at 9 still not open as still no pharmacist so got my prescription and went elsewhere. I will say 90% of staff you get are friendly and apologetic the problem runs much higher in the well company. We have had similar issues on numerous occasions and today was the final straw. We are moving to another chemist 15 min drive away rather than a 5 min walk. That says how poor this place is

My normal pharmacy didn't stock my recent prescription.butthis one did. It has changed hands a couple of times recently and it appears to have improved as a result.

Worst pharmacy ive ever been registered too, changing as soon i have the chance. Unorganised, no customer service and staff with half asleep attitude. No communication. I dont think this place has any sort of strong management to sort the mess of a place.

Terrible is being kind! Never have the medication, the wait time is horrendous, you wait half hour to be seen and another half hour for them to search for the medication only to tell you it's out of stock! GP if you're reading this sort your bloody practice out!!

Tryed to call for literally a whole day from morning til closing time to get them to release my prescription and not one time did they answer the phone. Disgusting imagine I was diabetic and needed insulin or another person with worse health than me trying to get in contact. It?s disgusting and unprofessional and I feel this pharmacy needs looking into and putting on some sort of monitoring or investigating and looking into how it?s ran
