Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful and able to check BP and offer flu vaccines. Only problem I have is that they close on a Saturday. Something I?ve gotten used to.

Wow what a shocking service, everyone who works in this pharmacy are just slow, unhelpful and lack basic communication. Won't be using this pharmacy again, Well brand is definitely being damaged by this pharmacy, lucky to have 1 star!

my mum and dads repeat prescription was sent to the by their gp on the 17/07 it is now the 01/08 and they have still not had notifications that the prescriptions are ready, I went to the chemist on the 25/07 and was told if they haven?t received a text the prescriptions are not ready. My mum ran out of medication on the 28/07 after calling the chemist 49 times on the 28/07 nobody answered the phone, again I went to the chemist on Monday the 31st but the store was closed from 1pm-3pm so I still no medication for my mum I tried calling 60 times yesterday to nobody answered to phone, my mum is still without her medication I have called the chemist again today 11 times still no answer, finally the prescription was ready it?s now the 4/08 have lived in this area for 25years and it has never been as bad as it has been in this store this past year. We are not the only ones with this complaint every time we go into the chemist there is always a line of service user with the same frustrating complaints.

Had to visit this pharmacy as I had a prescription from the Dentist a few doors away. The first thing we noticed as we walked inside was the vile Smell. It smelt disgusting inside. Chemists are usually very clean but this was awful. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all. Prices were way too high compared to my local Chemist. Generally, it was not a nice experience. I definitely won't be going there again.
