my mum and dads repeat prescription was sent to the by their gp on the 17/07 it is now the 01/08 and they have still not had notifications that the prescriptions are ready, I went to the chemist on the 25/07 and was told if they haven?t received a text the prescriptions are not ready. My mum ran out of medication on the 28/07 after calling the chemist 49 times on the 28/07 nobody answered the phone, again I went to the chemist on Monday the 31st but the store was closed from 1pm-3pm so I still no medication for my mum I tried calling 60 times yesterday to nobody answered to phone, my mum is still without her medication I have called the chemist again today 11 times still no answer, finally the prescription was ready it?s now the 4/08 have lived in this area for 25years and it has never been as bad as it has been in this store this past year. We are not the only ones with this complaint every time we go into the chemist there is always a line of service user with the same frustrating complaints.

What can I say well pharmacies it a joke went in to day was told me half hour wait so I said I will come back they said to come at 2pm went back at 2.10pm note on door closed till 3pm best pharmacies Matlock pharmacy well should close down

Had to visit this pharmacy as I had a prescription from the Dentist a few doors away. The first thing we noticed as we walked inside was the vile Smell. It smelt disgusting inside. Chemists are usually very clean but this was awful. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all. Prices were way too high compared to my local Chemist. Generally, it was not a nice experience. I definitely won't be going there again.

Preciption is never ready in time. Have to visit twice to get medicine even if its ordered several days back.

Absolutely terrible service not sure how?s it still functioning, they nearly always get my prescription wrong, and blame the doctors. And have tried 17 times today to get through, sort your staff out ??

Very poor service for prescription GP say 2 working day they take weeks and I don't have my blood pressure medication for day or 2 they are not even bothered about it

Abysmal service. Very poor customer service. Prescription is never ready even when its been ordered several days previously. Staff are always off sick and there isn't a regular pharmacist on duty, its all locums. Stock is also extremely poor and low on all accounts and now they are closed on Saturdays, so if you forget to collect your prescription by Friday, you have to wait till Monday. Absolutely shocking.

Terrible service never answer phone . I have been trying to 2 days it just rings and no one answers. Takes forever , will make you few trips before handing prescription to you. Less staff long waiting time. Horrible in short.
