Love this shop. Assistants are always friendly and approachable and help in any way they can. If you can't find an item they always try their best to locate it. Also have an excellent selection of gifts ideas other than books.

Waterstones is always good for bookaholics. Plenty of stands around the shop with lots of alternatives subjects. And sometimes deals on them, lots of other things too like games, and gift ideas for Christmas.

Good, but not great. Their control over loud, boisterous and unruly customers is basically nonexistent, and there were several prominent new releases I was hoping to find that were weirdly completely absent. Otherwise, pretty much ideal.
