I was served by a lovely woman who went out of her way to recommend me a book- o Caledonia by Elspeth Barker- and discussed with me in detail recommendations based on my books I was purchasing. Extremely good customer service and she talked me through the points system and guided me on how to redeem these points next purchase. She was a pleasure to be served by- I didn?t catch her name but she deserves a raise for her bubbly, attentive nature!

Good book store, friendly staff but limited stock on shelf and sometimes the books can be abit damaged.

Absolutely love this store has a huge variety of books, the lady that served me today was absolutely amazing. So friendly and chatty, she asked about my teddy in my bag and she found out I got it today because its my birthday she then gave me 2 bookmarks because it was my birthday ??? brilliant lovely lady definitely will b coming back

A nice shop but poor customer service. I placed an order for a book that they didn't have in stock back in December (2024) and they said they could contact me once it arrived; we are now in March and I have still heard nothing.
I called around late January to check in for any development but the lady on the phone said no, no update.
I then just now tried calling as a courtesy to say I'm no longer interested, held for several minutes, and nobody answered. Fine, not to worry, I'll look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this branch and don't see myself using them again.
