I made an order on Deliveroo and rang up the restaurant on two occasions. Both times the staff and management turned down my request to make amendment to my order. It?s common sense when ordering noodles with broth, you keep the noodles separate so it doesn?t soak up the broth when delivering. Thai Express are more advanced in understanding this food technique!!
Very poor service and no customer satisfaction!!
Would not recommend to anyone who is using their delivery app!!

Me and my boyfriend went on a date here and it was a fantistic, shout out joe, lovely staff member and really made the atmosphere and Jacob for his amazing service, amazing food, great authentic atmosphere

Ordered a chicken Ramen without beansprout as I?m unable to eat it. After 15 minutes my food arrived, I ate the chicken on top, when I got to the noodles I realised it had beansprouts in and didn?t eat anymore. When I told staff, the manager came and spoke to me in the most condescending and rude manner. Wagamama couldn?t get my order right, whether there is 1 beansprout or 200, get my order right. And maybe don?t make your customers feel like criminals because you can?t do your job properly. 1/10 would not recommend, unless your white and middle aged, then you might get treated with some respect and spoken to like an adult.

The food was varied and delicious , however the service was outstanding. Chris looked after us, explaining the menu as we haven?t been here before. Cheerful and helpful and we will definitely return!

The worst Wagamamas ever.
It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for three of us to eat- that?s a disgrace in itself especially when it was not busy when we arrived. The time it took for the staff to take our drinks order was appalling, let alone our food and taking away our dirty plates. There weren?t any chopsticks or cutlery at our bench, and when we asked for some, the waiter handed us the chopsticks by touching the extremity that would later enter our mouthes.
They had lots of food unavailable, including the chicken Katsu curry?. if I remember correctly isn?t that the dish that wagas became so popular for amongst the young generation so they should stocks this better.
Due to being left ordering the vegatsu, my salad lacked the standard and sought after pickled ginger, and instead had what felt like half a large red onion (as though the ginger, like lots else today, was out of stock). Only after I specifically checked that they had it in stock did they add it to my food. When asking for this, the member of staff was extremely incompetent and rude over it.
After eating our mains, we were left for over 30 minutes before we had the chance to order desserts, and even then the items the three of us wanted weren?t available.
One staff member came to give us our drinks (water?) and then refused and got very rude because one person at the table has an allergy. There?s no need to be so rude over it. Just politely take the drinks away and find the manager?.
I?m gutted by this experience because I love the chain and eat at different wagamamas regularly, but I certainly won?t be coming back here again.

We went there for a date with my boyfriend. Firstly, he got the wrong order, then they didn?t bring him a drink for like 20-30min? I reminded waitress and she brought it to him - YAY. Ive been waiting for my side miso + pickles around 30minutes, my bf asked them where my miso is, and then they brought it :D Food was v good, ngl. But service was? MESSY.

Nice place for food and I had spaghetti which was nice but I think a little on the expensive side. Still very good place to go if you live near Leicester.
